Paperwork and Registrations must be completed and returned by 3pm Friday, September 12th, before the auction.
Step-by-step instructions have been attached under documents as well.
You will need to complete the Registration Form in the attached packet, along with completing all other steps. If you are registering as an individual, you will also, need to go into our Online Auction Registration at https://bid.422sales.com/# register to create a bidder number with your credit card information.
We will also need to know the amount that you think you may want to spend so that we may set a limit for you.
"IF YOU ARE A DEALER AND WANT TO REGISTER"
All dealers are required to fill out and submit to 422 the dealer registration packet in order to participate in the live auctions or participate in Simulcast during the live auctions. All supporting dealership documentation must accompany the dealer registration packet. In order to use a dealer check the bank reference portion of the dealer registration packet must be completed by the dealer’s bank and submitted to 422. It is 422’s decision to allow or deny dealer checks based on the reference submitted.
The dealer registration packet and bank references must be completed and submitted to 422 by Thursday, September 11th, before the auction by 5:00 pm. The dealer will not be permitted to participate in the auction if all necessary documentation is not submitted by that time.

Bus Auction Terms
All units sell "as-is, where-is." The final bidder is required to pay for all purchases regardless of their faults. The condition and serviceability of any unit is expressed only by the owners and absolutely no warranty or guarantee is given or implied. Please remember that this information is only a guide and 422 Sales reserves the right to add or delete any or all units, before, or during, the Auction. Announcements made the day of the auction will take precedence over any printed material, web listings, or other advertising media (all inclusive).
PAYMENT:
Payment terms: CASH (U.S. Currency Only), CERTIFIED CHECK or BANK CHECK. Personal or company checks must be accompanied by an "IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE". No drafts, please. All checks made payable to 422 Sales. All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution, and this must be done three days prior to sale day.
PLEASE NOTE: Funds must be deposited before you receive a bidder number. Amount deposited will be your limit for bidding purposes.
For our international Buyers: Purchasers who do not maintain United States Bank Accounts may choose to have their bank Wire Transfer, U.S. currency only, directly to our account. Wire transfers must be arranged in advance of the auction and received in our office at least three days prior to the sale date. Call Amy for additional wire transfer details.
A buyer's fee of $200.00 plus 10% of the bid price will be charged on each unit

Titles & Plates:
All titles will be processed to the buyer's name, I.D. required. No Exceptions! Titles hand delivered upon payment.
Temporary Registration Plates - 422 will issue temporary 30 day tags, from our home office location, to any buyer who is not a PA resident. You must have current Insurance to receive temporary tags. The name of the purchaser must match exactly the name of the insured. Price: $75
Reserves
Consignors have the option of placing reserves on vehicles consigned to the auction. There is a $100 fee for each vehicle consigned with a reserve and is paid by the consignor before the auction starts.
