422 is a family owned and operated auction company that has been conducting public auto auctions and used school bus auctions in the Pittsburgh, PA area for over 35 years. With our long track record of selling school buses at auction, 422 has become the world's foremost School Bus Auction firm.
In the past, 422 had sold school buses in large quantities at live auctions all over the USA, coast to coast.
In recent years, 422 has developed an online auction platform that has allowed our team to transition most of our live school bus auctions to online school bus auctions. Our online school bus auction program now gives us the ability to sell school buses across the USA in large groups or small! School buses aren’t all that we offer for auction! We sell commercial trucks, light duty trucks, cars, vans and SUVS as well.

Donna McCormick Donna McCormick is the primary contact for consignment at 422 Online School Bus Auction. As the Online Auction Administrator, Donna communicates with consignors to quickly sell their vehicles at desired values by tailoring seller-specific auction listings to our 422 Buyer List. With Donna’s rigorous expertise, the 422 Online School Bus Auction sold more than 1,000 units in the online auction in 2019. Donna previously worked at Federal Assurance Corporation in New Castle, PA where she developed her knowledge of Class 8 trucks and trailers. Her previous field-related experiences and impeccable organizational skills are a boon to the 422 Online Auction team.
If you are interested in listing your vehicles in the 422 Online Auction, Donna can help you tailor your auction listing with the best information and photos necessary for a successful online auction. Donna has been an Online Auction Administrator for 422 Online School Bus Auction since October 2018.
Jessica McPherson Jessica McPherson is the primary negotiator for online auctions at 422 Online School Bus Auction. As a Bilingual Auction Specialist, Jessica handles all online auction closings including negotiation, invoicing/payment, and pick up appointments. With Jessica’s thoughtful expertise, the 422 Online School Bus Auction eclipsed the $3 million mark in online auction sales in 2019. Jessica was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala and has lived in the United States since 2006. Her knowledgeable and open communication is critical to seamless auction sales for both buyers and sellers, and to our 422 Online Auction team.
If you have won a bus or ended a sale as the highest bidder (but the reserve was not met), expect a call from Jessica to inform you of the reserve and begin auction negotiations. Also, Jessica can help you schedule pick up appointments once we have received payment for your invoice. Jessica has been a Bilingual Auction Specialist for 422 Online School Bus Auction since September 2018.
Liliana Thoma Liliana Thoma manages the bilingual sales and marketing towards 422 Sale’s extensive list of Latin American buyers. As the Bilingual Operations Manager, Liliana leverages social media such as Facebook, Google AdWords, What’s App, and Instagram to market 422 Online School Bus Auction’s reputation of quality. In addition, she never hesitates to fill in as needed to help the 422 Online Auction team during peak business periods. With Liliana’s marketing experience, the 422 Online School Bus Auction continues to expand our presence in Latin America, which has also expanded our Bilingual Auction team in Slippery Rock, PA.
Liliana has been the Bilingual Operations Manager for 422 Online School Bus Auction since March 2017.
